That's okay, it's not the end of the world if I am spotted here. I wouldn't expect anyone to make a move here with this many eyes on lookout anyway. In fact, It is probably better that I am seen, as long as it doesn't seem obvious that I'm trying to be spotted.
Who isn't here holds about as much value as who is. With most of the group elsewhere, it will at the very least give the appearance of a flank unwatched, and they may think to make a move. I'll scan quickly for Kolbeinn. If I can catch his eye, I'll try to motion him to get to a secluded spot; if not I'll send him a light sprite to do so before sending another one, as quietly as I possibly can, "If you haven't already, have an air spirit keep an eye on our rooms. Let's see if anyone tries to make a move while our backs are turned." While I speak, I'll put a hand over my mouth to prevent my lips from being read.
With that sent, I'll go back to scanning the crowd and watching the duel, since I do actually want to see this.

Re: Czlaplon Quest
Isaac: Surprisingly, you hold your own against Garsevan. Whether he's having an off day, or you're seriously focused, or he's letting it go down to the wire for the crowd's excitement, you score one touch against him, he scores one against you, and on the third pass, he drives in with a flourish you haven't seen before, but you manage to twist out of the way at the last possible instant, ending in a draw. There's a good deal of applause, and Mekhitar passes a hat amongst the townsfolk. The captain, watching from the top deck of the riverboat through a spyglass, sends up a couple of signal flags. “Deal approved, ready to sail,” Shaliko translates.
Alston: Kolbeinn nods once. You're not sure if his lips move, but you hear his voice whispering at your ear. “Gudrun set a spirit to guard and I posted an air elemental. Neither has raised an alarm yet.” Partway through the third round, Gudrun frowns, and conjures briefly, but nothing seems to happen. Kolbeinn chuckles softly. “Look,” he says, nodding toward the riverboat. If you glance that way, you can see a crewman hanging over the rail by his pants, unable to do anything without arriving in the river pantsless, with two more crewmen and an officer heading his way determinedly.

Re: Czlaplon Quest
Oh right, that Air Speaking thing Elementalists do. Well, at least we've got eyes on our flanks. And apparently they're already proving to be effective. I'll peer at the dangling crewman, trying to see it it's the same one with magic on him or if it's just a poor soul that wandered too close. Either way, I doubt anyone will try that route to mess with us now.
I'll offer up my applause as the match concludes, though I'll wait for the crowd to move before making my way down. I want to see if anyone breaks off or lingers before heading back to the ship.

After the match is over, I'll bow respectfully to Garsevan and then the crowd, while still looking rather grim about the whole affair, there are some things you just can't help. With the same worries as the others about what has been happening with our things while we've been away, I'll try to make my way back to the ship as quickly as possibly, though whether or not my current situation allows me to do so is another matter entirely.

Re: Czlaplon Quest
Alston: Several people linger, including Isaac's fanboy and his beleaguered mother, a few other passengers, and a couple of townsfolk. Most of them gather around Garsevan, peppering him with questions, and giving Isaac rather a wide berth, although fanboy and a serious-looking man in finer clothing than the rest of the townsfolk seem to want a word with him. The dangling crewman isn't the guy with the amulet. He gets yanked back up over the railing, and marched off by a very irate officer.
Isaac: Your fanboy is right in front of you, asking you all sorts of questions. “Are Horror Stalkers better at sword fighting cos they fight the Horrors and if they mess up they get eaten? You're really fast getting out of the way! Do you have to get hit a lot before you learn to duck like that? When are you going to fight a Horror?” His mother seems to have given up, and is just trying to keep up with the kid. The gentleman from the town in the slashed doublet with the embroidered cloak and the gold brooch waits for the boy to run down, then, seeing that he's not going to, gives you a nod. “A word with you, if you have the time, sir?”

Re: Czlaplon Quest
I'll try to be as evasive with the questions as possible - they seem innocent enough, but you never know. Breathing a small sigh of relief once the boy runs off, I'll turn to face the man in the embroidered cloak. Of course I don't recognize him immediately, so I'll narrow my eye and look him up and down with Astral perception. If he's an adept, or at all perceptive, he'll probably note the far off stare that comes with using the ability, but I'll try to distract him from it by talking at the same time. "I have a small amount of time right now...though I do need to return to the ship. How can I be of service?" My further interaction with him will depend on the results of my scan with astral sight.
Re: Czlaplon Quest
Well, I'm sure we will get the report on the crewman by our rooms later, so no need to rush on finding that out. A few stragglers are to be expected, and as long as they don't seem to be up to anything, there's no real suspicion there.
We're already wondering about the boy, but if he is up to something, he hasn't made a move yet beyond asking a lot of questions. This fancily dressed guy is new, however. He doesn't look overtly hostile, at least not at the moment. I'll back away from the edge of the roof a bit and drop flat so that I'm not immediately visible, hopefully from the ground just looking like I'm moving to climb down. I'm not sure if Isaac ever got a chance to spare a glance my way and see where I am, but hopefully he'll know he's got an extra pair of eyes there to watch his back.
And just to be safe, once I'm away from the edge and the immediate view, I'll pull my bow off my shoulder and have it ready. I won't draw from my quiver yet, but I'll be ready to if anything odd goes on.

Isaac: Make an Astral Sight Test. “My Name is Garvin,” the man says, “and I sit on the town council. We're not a large and important place, like Tansiarda or the Floating City, and we're not terribly wealthy, and so we don't tend to attract attention from adepts looking to make a Name for themselves. As such, it's difficult sometimes to find the sort of expertise one needs in a delicate situation. Can you be discreet, sir?”
Alston: You're pretty sure you've got a good sniping position and nobody obviously watching you. The fanboy has been dragged away by his mother yet again, with her fussing at him to leave the adept be while he's trying to talk business with someone important.

Astral Sight Check: (d10+d6) 4+6+5=15
"Yes." I'll reply quietly. "I can...but whatever involves me also involves the other members of my party, you must understand." I'll lean in slightly with the last statement.

No hostility yet, so I will stay content to remain still and watch until the situation changes. Archery is often a game of patience.
