Hiyas:
I don't remember the Talent's name, but there's a"Juggling swords/daggers Talent" in the Players Guide with which the Adept is able to use it's weapons as a barrier against attacks... I'd like to know what is the minimum of weapons to activate it (you can't just possibly activate it juggling one weapon, right?). I can't seem to find this info.

Nothing, Ladrillon. We prefer that references are used, rather than chunks of content copied out of the books. It's not a problem.
