Skill errors?

The avoid blow skill should require an immediate action, not a swift action (as it is performed outside the characters turn).

Battle bellow refers to making Battle shout checks.

Cold purify - does it heal hit points, ability damage, or both?

Actually, I have found this error in a few of the skills and feats.

Avoid Blow, Endure Cold, Soften Blade, Warp Missile and Dominate Arrow all say they use a "swift" action, but probably should say "immediate" action since they all involve something that does not happen on the skill/feat user's turn.
