Second Attack/Weapon question

If I have the Second Attack talent, do I have to direct this bonus attack against the same opponent as the primary attack? Or can I choose another one within reach? And the same with Second Weapon: same target obligatorily, or two different ones?

And while we're at it - how does it work with the second attack from Air Dance talent: if I roll high enough Initiative to choose more than one target for the bonus attack, can I "switch" the targets inbetween? E.g. character A faces characters B and C, uses Air Dance and gest Excellent result against both B and C. A hits B and knocks him/her down, then waits for B and C to finish their actions, and can now hit again with the bonus attack from Air Dance. Can A target C now, or does he/she have to stick with B (assuming both B and C are still within range)?

1) second attack can be directed on a different target than the MAIN one
2) second weapon is the same as above
the only attacks than NEED to be directed against the same target of the MAIN attack is Momentum Attack
3) the air dance "second attack" has to be directed against the target of the main target (so if he attacks B he need to attack B as the "free attack at the end of the round"
