QUESTION: What is 'Shiraz' the name for/of (I know of at least two answers to this question

Hint1: There's both a city bearing this name and a planet that used to be called this. Name/place at least one of these.
Hint2: The city named "Shiraz" is on an al-Malik world. The planet once known as "Shiraz" used to have a strong al-Malik presence, although there aren't many al-Malik nobles there anymore.

Shiraz was the original name of the planet Stigmata!
(Oh and Shiraz is a city on Istakhr in the Harat Forest region, on the south coast of the Shamal sea FSR GMG pg 173)
