Just a quickie variation on the old Fleshbeast:
A giant spider is attached in the place of the Name-giver’s head. Its spider legs reach all the way to the ground and are used for locomotion along with the Name-giver’s legs. The spider legs are also used to claw and grab, as the Name-giver’s arms are mostly constrained by the spider’s.
The Arachnoid Fleshbeast is driven instinctively to consume, and its instinct to devour a helpless victim cannot be counteracted by any command or other purpose.
