If you send me a file into which you want fields added I will do it (already done plenty of editable character sheets).
Curently I am working on google sheets character creation tool with Apocalypse World's playbook style character sheets.
You can check them out here:

It's made for 3rd edition but only dice need to be updated.
Most work I do is in polish but I'm open for internation co-op

I am not aware of an electronic form-filler sheet that allows you to save.
As for a translation of the German sheet...
*Glances at calendar, which has a red circle around July 16th*
*whistles innocently*
I stepped away from the forums for awhile, but I was wondering if there was an update on this?
(And, for clarification, what I meant by saving is exactly what the German form does. Whatever I type in a field, I can save.)

I bought the english version of the 32page character sheet made by the german guys and have been a bit disappointed by the lack of any forms let alone storable ones.
Any improvement probable?
Given the original german file I would even do it translate the 500 words in it and send it back.
Guys, it is not that difficult once you have the design and the fields in place.(which is apparently there)

It's not a question of difficulty. It's a question of time and the realities of the freelance environment.

That's the one I'm currently using. Probably would be fine if we printed our character sheets, but it's so big that it actually causes some problems on one of my player's computers. Just a beast to load. Since we play online, most of us reference everything on their computers.
Plus, strength is misspelled.

Realities? I thought freelance was all nightmares and deadlines.

There is also the Character Folio from the store here. I can't remember if it is editable or not, but it's pretty expansive.

It's not. That's the issue being discussed.
In order to have it ready for print for GenCon it was made without the PDF being form-fillable. I understood the plan was to go back and do it.
It hasn't happened yet.

If there is an honest timeline I am happy with this statement. I understand not everything can happen at the same time.
