Brief Backstory:
Tifa didn't want to be a thief. But being a thief was what kept her alive.
She will tell you that she is an orphan, but it's not true. What is true is that her father and mother both fell ill early on, and that Tifa, second or third in her family, turned to stealing to help feed them. Her father had a stigma upon him that made the other elves in Throal to avoid him and his whole family. Tifa never understood.
What she does know, is that being a thief means her family get fed. and sometimes that's all that needed.
Lately, there's been a better way to earn some coin. Become an adventurer. So that's what Tifa has done. She's becoming an adventurer.
