Size 4 Throwing weaons

Shouldn't there be some size 4 throwing weapons?
I have been looking at the SkyRaider, because nobody in my campaign has ever chosen to play one. The most steriotypeical Skyraider is a Troll.

The Troll one handed size limit is 4. There are no size 4 throwing weapons other than a net. A human Skyraider can add karma to a throwing axe, but a Troll can't because they can't make any throwing axes big enough?Karma: The adept may spend a Karma Point on Damage tests made with melee or throwing weapons at or above the character’s one-handed Size limit.
