Community Shards

Question for Mataxes, mostly:

In the old Shard material, the last page was basically a "hey, if you've got an idea, here's how to submit it and what you'd get out of it if we use it." I know you hard-working folks at FASA are already stretched thin and massaging a fan-written Shard might not be high on the priority list, but I'm curious if this is still a thing. Is there still a desire for well-written Shard material to be provided directly to FASA for production? Or given the resources available for product development, has it basically just become "if you've got a good idea, just post it, people will use it if they want it, and maybe one day we'll reach out to you and ask if we can product-ize it"?
