Re: Optional Rules for Companion
There's already an Optional Rule in 3e that introduces something like that. Fleeing From Combat on page 229: "A character who wants to move to get away from a close combat fight he is involved in can only do so if his Initiative Test result is higher than that of his opponents." In my game, we inte...

Re: Optional Rules for Companion
If there are any common house rules, this could be a good place for them. More details about using a hex map, and facing. "Sticky" combat to prevent people from just running around enemies freely. not really Optional Rules but maybe an Errata page or two at the end for things that have been found an...

Is this more like James Bond chasing the Russian Spy with the microfilm through the marketplace or "They're taking the Hobbits to Isengard"? I was looking for any and all options/opinions to get some brainstorming going. Here'...

ED4 Chase scenes
I was curious if others had good options for how to manage non-combat time chase scenes. Namely on foot, but other travel methods might also apply.
Which Talents/Skills play a factor? Do you take Movement rate into account, or go a little more abstract?

ED4 Historical Research
I was wondering where I might be able to find more information about the Death Rebellion (1484 TH), mentioned in the GMG pg 29.

What's the difference between Book Memory and Eidetic Memory?
Because I can imagine not needing Book if you already have Eidetic.

Re: High Circle Preview: Nethermancer
Do the Free Matrixes upgrade again during these Circles? Or do they remain 1 Standard and 1 Enhanced?

Re: Your Earthdawn
I have my game up on Obsidian Portal as well. We just hit session 10 (every other week). OP is great for adventure logs and personal journals. Also good for a roster of PC's and NPC's. Like it says on the front page, spoilers for Ardanyan's Revenge within. http://leavingthekaer.obsidianportal.com/
