I just found an indication that Prince Flavius Li Halan is indeed married. Imperial Survey 4, p.5 mentions a Princess Asteria Gui Fu - Lady of the Aspicious Blossoms - who might be Flavius' wife. The text isn't absolutely clear on the matter, stating only that Princess Asteria "stood behind and to the left of her husband", although this husband isn't identified. However, from context it seems likely that Flavius is said husband, making Princess Asteria Gui Fu (of Li Halan, Justinian, and Keddah blood, although not Hazat) the consort of the Prince of House Li Halan in FS2, and the presumed mother of Duke Augustus Zhu Li Halan of Midian and Duchess Cresentia Meih Li Halan (who lives on Kish).

This makes me wonder if we have overlooked spouses for Princess Victoria Hawkwood and Prince Hyram Decados as well?
