I will make the commitment to pick up the PDF when it comes out and, I presume, I will have time to make the decision whether to pick up the dead-paper book. I definitely prefer to hold the books I use and, yes, I've been thinking about the digest-size of it and, from all I've read, it does sound like massive improvements to at least the second and third editions. Perhaps even as far as over 1st Edition. I have the 1st Edition CD that came through Dragon Magazine, and my 1st Edition copy had to be put into a three-ring binder I used it so much. I love this game so much that I wrote a 216-page MMORPG document, so I will remain in a quandary until I am able to see the PDF file.

What was your name on the EDPT forum, Athaeis? I totally remember talking about the MMO document with you!

Completely tangential, I think a setup more like a Dragon Age style game would be more suitable for an Earthdawn video game.

It is a different day, senor. Thank you for asking. My sons and I are no longer in the world of peril we were in, last you and I traded words; things have improved markedly.
