You add the durability to Unconscious Rating and you add durability plus circle to the Death Rating

Yeah. Oh, note that you do not add Circle to Death Rating at each circle, though.
For Death Rating, I think it's easier to think of it as Base+Circle, then add Durability*Circle.

4E health ratings now always follows the formulas below:
Unconciousness Rating = Base + Durability*Circle
Death Rating = Base + Circle + Durability*Circle

I wonder if death will not be much higher. Older version give you bigger safe margin, as monster have stronger damage and with new rules it can easy be crossed both at once.

That is not true as you add your circle to your total DR. So effectively a Warrior, Skyraider, Swordmaster, Cavalryman, and Beastmaster in 4th edition gets 8 Death Rating/7 Unconsciousness Rating per circle now. The warrior does lose 1 DR per circle compared to previous editions, but I think that will be offset by their fifth circle ability. The big difference is in previous editions you could raise your durability to whatever rank you chose. So at at 3rd circle your durability could be at rank 4 or 5. Whereas in 4th edition durability is directly tied to your circle. So at 3rd circle your rank in Durability is always going to be 3. The only exception to this is when weaving threads to pattern items. As you can use the thread to increase the durability rank.
