Ah, this question I know. Anan Annalk was a legendary(?) Oro'ym city on Madoc, destroyed by a meteor impact in some mythical past, as part of the War in the Heavans. (My personal theory is that this meteor impact, or whatever it was, was when the Nizdharim arrived on Madoc. But do not quote me on that as HDi/Bill keeps his cards particularly close to his chest on this one 
).
As for Zegai, I should have remembered her. We did a proper planet article of Grial for FS3, (much of it unfortunately no longer relevant), and the Zegai psychic 'cult' was a major thing of the backstory.
