Speaking for myself, although believing it is relevant for all FS3 developers and other staff; we're not particularly computer savvy (at least I am not) and we wouldn't have time to engage in this kind of project. A character generator would be a fantastic fan project though! And one I'm sure we would support as much as possible. It would be a very nice tool

You could probably do an Excel based thing pretty easy. I'll poke around with it.

If we had the rights to do so, sure.

But we don't have electronic rights for Fading Suns, alas.

It's very very old... and in polish

It has most equipment (with stats), titles, rituals, skills, actions etc. in drop-down menus. You just need to right click the list, choose and apply the points. I'm using it in my PBF games. I'm surprised there is one in polish but none in english
