Extinct Houses

I was wondering about the extinct great houses that died out after the war with Vladimir Alecto and wondered where there territories used to be. I know there are some references here or there. Anyone ever make a list of what worlds the Gesar's, Windsors and Alecto they had territory on? And what books these references might be in? Did they control lost worlds not yet detailed? I know the Windsors were absorbed by the Hawkwoods, but did they have any other lands?

I can't remember having read any specific info on former realms of extinct houses. There might be mentionings scattered throughout FS lore, but I simply cannot remember.
