Good guess, but nope :)

QUESTION: If a donkey is the king of the beasts of burden, then who (what) is the emperor? (And yes, this is a FS question :p )
Hint 1: We're talking about an actual beast of burden, detailed in a FSR source discussing (among other things) beasties in the Known World.
Hint 2: It is an old Urth animal, with a write-up based on real world research and facts.

Camels REALLY are fantastic creatures, by the way (as are donkeys). Forget about horses, they are wasteful, stupid, and poorly handled, what you want is a donkey or camel! :D

Let me see if I can answer this from the top of my head. Kordeth (obviously), the currently unknown world of Ustar (or something), Aylon, and Criticorum. Did I forget any? :) I think Istakhr was probably conquered after the war broke out? Can't remember any non-al-Malik worlds being conquered before the Human-Ukari war broke out? (Could very well be wrong though :) )

He was an Obun priest on Criticorum that went "political", preaching during the Dark Ages, that the Obun had fallen and needed to reclaim their status on haven (aka, the Known Worlds).
That caused riots and lots of trouble to the Obun. :(
