QUESTION: A teary eye within a Jumpgate cross is which group/faction's emblem? (I think this is a difficult one, but could be wrong)
Hint 1: The emblem is best displayed in a piece of FS art
Hint 2: We elaborated on this sub-faction a little bit in the FSR, expanding its sphere of interests to embrace additional things. To complicate the matter, we kept the original emblem (as described) for the overall group, while the specific 'department' that used to be the entire group, was given a new secondary emblem
(I'm sure this confuses more than enlightens :p )

It is absolutely an open quiz, and yes, a Penitent is the correct answer! (In FSR we expanded the Penitent concept to also include cyborgs and the like, which we know the Universal Church sometimes employ, and it seemed like a logical choice that the pentient thing was expanded. So, now the "old" Penitent emblam is for penitents in general, while Penitent Psychics have a jumpweb cross with a Psi symbol in it).

ANSWER: Lydia Clayton heads the Commission on Leagueheim, which I guess you can call the public administration guild. The Claytons are a Brahmin family, descendants of one of the original settler groups on the planet, enjoying much privilege and prestige in Leagueheim society. Basically, they're what passes for Leagueheim blue-bloods.
