Hint 1: Don't get side-tracked by "The Meddlers". They aren't mentioned very often.
Hint 2: This is a political organization. (Although every faction/group/organization is in some way political, this one is explicitly political).
Hint 3: It is not one of the major factions or their sub-groups. It is an independent political organization.
