Flavour/Crunch in the Nations books?

Not being able to find any information anywhere about it, so thought I'd ask here:

How much crunch (like disciplines, items, spells and whatnot) is in the Nations books? In particular, the Cara Fahd and Crystal Raider ones... The text I found at drivethru and paizo made it seem like it was mostly flavour text, but I just want to know for sure.

Kinda stuck with 1st ed/Classic rules, so haven't been paying attention to releases for a long while now, so forgive my ignorance.

From what I remember, the RB team did put new content into each of the Nations books.

Just scanning the Table of Contents of Cara Fahd, I see Mechanics called out near the end of the book (so this doens't take into consideration Statblocks or other bits in the previous chapters). Game Information: 3 pages of Game Info (Gahad, new skills, etc). Goods & Services: 5 pages of new info on Money & Trade, Weapons, Provender, Poisons, Mounts. Creatures: 2 pages of new creatures. Magical Treasure: 6 pages of magical treasure. Character Index: 4 pages of page references and notes for the Named characters in the book.

That's almost a quarter of the book at the end setup for new Game Info.

Many thanks. I looked a the preview at drivethru, and while some chapters seemed to say "crunch" (like Game Information and the shopping section) it's kinda hard sometimes to know if the geography section will have rules on fighting there, or descriptions of the place.

75% fluff or so means it's time to order...

Cool! I'm still reading Serpent River myself, so I haven't gotten to the later books, other than flipping thro them. The setting information (how factions play off each other, conflicts, resources, etc) are VERY well done in the Nations books I've read thro.

I just received my first shipment - turned out my books had to be split into 2 packages xD
Having skimmed over the new Crystal Raiders book I'd definately recommend it.
Except for new, quite beautiful, map material in some chapters especially the goods and services have gotten some extras.
New armor/blood charms/materials just to mention a few

So far a really nice read, looking forward to cara Fahd in my next package :P

I think my first package took about 5-7 Days, not quite sure when exactly I ordered.
The other package, they said, would be sent 6 days later and I got the e-mail 2 days ago that it has ben sent

PS: It really depends on your country, as the UK mail is not the fastest but the German one usually is.

It's actually easy to deduce the amount of crunch from the Table of Contents (which is what you commonly get to see in the PDF preview), because we put all of the crunch at the end (with the exception of adventure hooks which are all throughout), and everything is named accordingly (creatures are only in creatures, except where they are very specific to the text).
"Adventures in" is usually campaign advice and 3 adventure frameworks. Everything beyond that is pure crunch.
So, that means the crunch sections start at:
NoB...
1: p. 116-140
2: p. 86-117
3: p. 104-130
4: p. 103-138
There are typically no rules for Disciplines in there (no new ones, no specialists, no talents, spells, etc.) only creatures, items, adventures, etc., this is so you don't need a "location book" to play your character.

Because of frequent inquiries, we increased the "new to ED3" crunch content of NoB3 and 4 and I did a detailed overvierw of it on the old forums (not the crunch content of the book, the new to this edition and not present in ED1 crunch of the book -- much of this is now core book content in ED3). I haven't reposted them here yet, though. We'll have to see how the increase is received.

I was wondering if there are new ship combat rules in the Crystal Raiders book. I have the old one (I have everything from first edition, actually, and a few things from 2nd and EDC as well as 3rd), so I was wondering what changed.
