Amazon: Not Final

I went to get the Namegivers of Barsaive from amazon and it has the words "Not Final" in the picture. Is that copy alright to purchase? What does "Not Final" mean?

That means that they used an early "pre-release" illustration for the book cover. As long as Amazon indicate they have stock, you should be ok. And if for some reason they don't actually have any in stock, they refund the transaction (I've had that happen a couple of times).
