Is there are process for converting Talents taken as Skills into Talents?

For example, My Ork Beastmaster takes Stealthy Stride as a Skill, is it possible later to convert it into the Full Talent?

I seem to remember reading something along those lines in the previous editions but I've seemed to miss it in 4th, if indeed it is there.

There was an option in ED3, but it is not included in the Player's Guide.

It may end up in the Companion, depending on available space for optional/additional rules.

Okay cool. Do you think the 3rd edition rules would function as a stand-in for now?
