We're going to need a bigger Step table

Is there any chance you could post a bigger step table on the FASA site for download? I've been discussing the new rules with my players and one thing we've noticed in 4E is that with the Forge Weapon and +2 Steps (per extra attack success) damage, there is potential for huge Step numbers!
Here is the maths for our group's Outcast Warrior (5th Circle)
Strength: Step 9
Poleaxe (currently forged to the 3E max of +6, but with 4E could potentially reach +15, even higher with a thread version): Step 14
Crushing Blow Rank 5 (with Rank 5 Group thread attached): Step 10
Total base damage step: 33!
He hasn't managed to break the 40 barrier yet, but with the new rules it's only a matter of time before he does (creating some type of sonic boom when he does I imagine ). I remember the paper GM guide in 1E had a Step Table that went all the way to Step 100! You wouldn't have to make one that big, but anything bigger than 40 sure would be appreciated.
