There isn't as of yet because the book isn't officially out yet (once the book is officially released, then we'll probably see something like that).

There is a google docs spreadsheet that has been used by some people to collect errors/typos and notes (). Alternately, you can email them to me (josh-at-fasagames.com), or post them to the pre-release discussion thread.
