Weaving Difficulties have been standardized, yes. All spells of the same Circle should have the same weaving/attunement DNs.
So yes, Trust should also be 5/10. I'll add it to the fix list. Thanks!

Swift Kick no longer seems to allow t'skrang to use their tails instead of feet to attack. Is this right? And if so, can you explain why it was removed (the rule has been in every edition since first and didn't seem like it was broken).

This is correct, t'skrang no longer have a special application for numerous talents based on a racial ability. T'skrang access to both Second Weapon and particularly Swift Kick was disproportionately powerful to how those talents were used by every other race. Taking into account the relative racial "cost" of their tail combat ability, it shouldn't have so many powerful applications.
Just because something has been around for a long time, doesn't mean it should never be fixed. This is an argument for nothing to ever significantly change. It allowed for another full attack, which no one else received, and was simply too powerful when abused.

That said, if -- from a narrative/description standpoint -- you want to have your t'skrang use his tail for Swift Kick per its normal use, that is totally fine.

Tail Parry was able to add 3 to Physical Defense and combined with Defensive Stance thats +6 to PD, any character could do it, for Novice adepts thats like hitting a wall of steel. And it didint have: "The character only receives this bonus against attacks that he can see or sense", rule like Defensive Stance. For me its obvious that you can parry only blows you can see, but there are "rule layers" - "its not written!!!".
Tail Attack was little less powerfull but with attached Short Sword (and if it was Thread Sword) was giving tskrang characters a really powerfull option for attacking.
And tskrang already have stats boosts, ability to swim really fast and to breathe under water.
