As a Troll if you use a standard action to double your movement from 14 to 28, can you use Great Leap to jump further than your movement Rate of 14.

Steel Thought has same restriction as Avoid Blow? (Adept must be aware of an Attack?)
Shouldn't speak language be noted only in talent section as a skill use? What is the point on second entry in skill sections?
Lightning Bolt
Could someone clarify for me last two sentences in Lightning Bolt spell description (The initial Spellcasting test is used against any additional targets that may result. Additional targets from successes cannot cause additional lightning bolts.)
Blizzard Sphere
Shouldn't be there Remove targets in Extra Threads section or it is ommited on purpose?
Earth Staff
Can it be used to boost spells that require both hands for casting?
Mantle of the Fire Marauder
Effect step is unusual, is it correct? Why not use WIL here? Can you attack your own team to avoid losing spell? What is the reason behind reducing effect step at the time of casting? How much you can lower it?
Tossing Earth
Blast die is considered action die? Can it be rerolled? All dice rolled from other spells descriptions can explode?
Are you planning to release another draft with errata so we can focus on final touch before printing?

I told my thief I'd ask this question even though I think I know the answer. Surprise Strike no longer has a +7 to the damage test. I assume this is because of the increased utility of the ability, being able to use it multiple times in combat on blindsided, surprised and knocked down opponents, as opposed to only once on a surprised target. But others things have been missed so I figured I'd ask to make sure it wasn't an oversight.

Here's how I interpret it:
"The adept makes extremely reliable ranged attacks. True Shot requires at least 1 Karma Point to be spent on the test. The adept declares how many Karma Points he is spending. The adept may not spend more Karma Points on the test than his rank in True Shot. The Adept then makes a True Shot test as a ranged Attack test, adding the number of Karma Dice declared to the test. If the adept’s test result is not high enough to achieve success against the Difficulty Number (usually an opponent’s Physical Defense), the adept must spend another Karma Point, roll the Karma Die, and add it to the test result. This is repeated until the test succeeds, or the adept has spent the maximum number of Karma Points allowed, at which point no more Karma may be spent. Once the Attack test is successful, no more Karma can be spent to increase the test result. The target can still dodge the attack with defensive abilities (such as Avoid Blow)."
So, you can go two ways: declare 1 Karma spent, and then if you miss spend 1 Karma at a time until you hit. OR you can declare 10 (say if you have Rank 12), roll all 10 dice with the attack roll looking for Extra Successes, but then if you still miss you have 2 more Karma Dice to burn through.
