I just checked the draft to make sure, the t'skrang ability to breathe underwater for limited periods is in the Gamemaster's Guide, under the rules for drowning.

That seems counter-intuitive. Is there any place they are gathered together so they can be looked at as a whole?

I'd like to echo that request. It is nice to receive pointers - but on the other hand it should maybe not be necessary in cases like these. A small infobox would be enough to do the trick, really.

I found a strange thing in the Nethermancer Discipline description on page 100. of PG.
The Important Attributes: Charisma, Perception, Willpower

He has twelve discipline talents at 8th Circle and none of them based on Charisma.
Please explain me why needed the Charisma attribute for a walker in shadow?
