Converting Skills into Talents

Is there are process for converting Talents taken as Skills into Talents?

For example, My Ork Beastmaster takes Stealthy Stride as a Skill, is it possible later to convert it into the Full Talent?

I seem to remember reading something along those lines in the previous editions but I've seemed to miss it in 4th, if indeed it is there. :)

There was an option in ED3, but it is not included in the Player's Guide.

It may end up in the Companion, depending on available space for optional/additional rules.

Okay cool. Do you think the 3rd edition rules would function as a stand-in for now?
