Hi all,

Quick question. When using Willforce in ED3 (PG page 86), does he expend one strain per spell or one strain per effect test? Some spells have multiple effect tests, like Bone Shatter (PG page 155) and Doom Missile (PG page 164). Reading the talent, it's one strain per effect test, correct? The talent makes mention of only one Effect Test, not multiple Effect Tests.

This one got some discussion back in the day...

It's per Effect Test. For some spells, you make just one Effect Test and apply the result; for others (as noted), you make multiple Effect Tests. It's up to the spellcaster how much energy he or she wants to bring into play. Willforce requires effort on the part of the caster.
