I know this has been asked before, but I can't find it.
Most Disciplines get Thread Weaving at Circle 4, but spellcasters get it at 1. Does this mean that Spellcasters can begin to activate Magical Items at Circle 1?
If not, why not?

Made me think of how my players using the optional rule to buy talents early at a much higher LP cost would pick up their Thread Weaving to use magic items earlier. I suppose a Human could use Versatility to pick up a caster Thread Weaving, but that's just crazy unless they are trying to do some mage casting warrior or whatnot.
