hi again
if you use your standard action during a round to use a potion, can you use the (talent or skill) "second attack", "second weapon" options ? (or second shot too).
or since you dont have your "primary" attack that "secondary action" is forfeited ?

I would say no, since the second attack and second shot talents (or skills) specifically say that you may make an additional attack with the weapon you used for your first attack test. And second weapon says that you may use it in the same round that you used your primary one-handed weapon.
