Horror Call p.176 After succesfull casting does the Horror that only exists in Astral Space becomes phisical?

Foul Vapors p.172 Does this spell affects only those that are within range and line of sight of caster while being cast, or does it hurt also those that comes in the afected area in next round(s), or those that are within AoE but caster cant see them?

For Horror Call, I would think that this spell creates some sort of physical embodiment for Horrors that only exist in the Astral Plane.

For Foul Vapors, all targets within the area are effected. Any target that enters the AoE while it's still active are also effected. Line of sight is not required for targets to be effected.

Horror Call:
Go with what fits best for you, really.
The spell/circle exists on the astral plane too, though. So a Horror can be inside, just on the astral.

Foul Vapors:
something went wrong with this between design and layout, you can already see this from the AoE range (the one in the description is the correct one).
The spell should have TSD +1/target and should say targets in AoE are affected, not characters.
