Ok, a new problem to discuss and to receive opinions from the more expert gm's around
my group want take residence in throal (or in a periferal city).
how much is cost for a rent in throal ?
or to buy a home ?
i know there are so many variants, the location, the size etc.etc.
but just to have an idea.
the lower cost is a 0 if you live as a beggar in the outward zones of any internal town, like oshane.
but the difference in cost from a rent in the centre-high respectable dectant and say a middle zone in an average dectant ?
taking oshane as example, can anyone give me any idea ?

IIRC: The real cost is that you have to be a Throalic citizen to either rent or buy in Throal, and that means handing over half of your loot as taxes (all the time). Then, the best you can hope for is probably renting something upper-middle class, because the high class stuff is never for rent, but if you're lucky for sale at 100+ grand. The Inner Cities don't have any real high class stuff, they're more like suburbs.
(I recommend grabbing the Throal book while it's on sale, it has all the above information and blueprints of houses and stuff. If you want to dig deeper, Burning Desires has Oshane fleshed out.)

can i assume the costs for the inner cities are more or less the same as in throal, with a reduction of 15-25% of the fares ?

Rent and the stuff on citizenship is in the sections detailing the different neighborhoods, usually in the "typical home" subsections:
The Dahnat on p. 80, the Wedshel on p. 81, the Estates on p. 85. The Inner cities will follow a similar scheme with cheap on the outer ring and expensive near the center, maybe slightly cheaper than the Halls because they are less prestigious and cost of food is higher, and of course there are no "old money" estates there because there is no old money there. The good stuff in the inner cities is "wealthy merchant" perhaps, but not "noble house standard". There's no explicit pricing given, but it describes them as analoguous to the halls.
A good guideline on buying may be 10-15 years worth of rent.
