suppose i am an horror stalker and i got marked by an horror
i can use bear mark and let's presume i succeed in the roll
so i block the mark
can the horror (or an agent) dispel the bear mark effect on the horror mark ?
knowing it ?
how is the mechanic, if its possible ?

Via the Dispel Magic spell, you can only dispel talents that have an effect with a Duration measured in any amount of time.
If you use the Disrupt Magic Horror Power, that only prohibits the adept from using a talent, it doesn't end any active effects.
You can at best Disrupt Magic the talent, then try to mark, and the Horror Stalker cannot isolate it. At least right away. He can always try later.

In short: it's supposed to be an absolute defense, just as you're supposed to always have your Durability, etc..

When walking in the woods one must be careful not to step in any bear marks. 'Cause you know what they do out there.
