Is there anywhere in the current 4e Books that there are stats for non adepts? I.e. Town guards, or Soldiers, bandits etc?

I assume they would be the same, just using skills instead of Talents. That is at least what I get from the older books

Nothing published yet, I think, but there is a handy chart in the GM book chapter on GM characters for squirtin' out some quick ones.
