Pre-Scourge Map

Has anyone designed a map of Barsaive for how it looked pre-scourge? Does anyone have a link to one online if it exists? Does anyone want to make me one if it doesn't exist?

There are no pre-Scourge maps that have been released.
I'm not sure there is enough information about pre-Scourge Barsaive that would allow one to be created.

This reminds me of an aborted adventure a friend tried running where we went back in time to shortly before the Blood Wood became the Blood Wood.
