Adept and economy

How are you handling your adept recruits or salary?
Even if ED is about heroes and adventures, there's always coins involved. Weaponsmith "recruitement" for a task is a good intro, but let us imagine you have a team in need of a scout. How much would it cost to recruit the scout for the mission? Of course, there's always the possibility to make the NPC join the crew, split the profits, but sometimes, it doesn't need to be that way. Also, how much are the guards paid in a city? So here is basically what I suggest and what i use in my games :
Recruitement of someone for an enhancement task = 50 silvers x circle per week.
Recruitement of someone for a specific ability task = 25 silvers x circle per week.
Recruitement of someone for a general task = 10 silvers x circle per week.
Non-adepts are considered circle 1 for the purpose of salary. Partically skillful non-adept may be considered circle 2.
Enhancement task are like weaponsmith to upgrade weapons and armors, or elementalist to infuse elements, and such.
Specific ability task are like recruiting a scout with tracking, or a thief with disarm trap, and so on.
General task are simple task like escort the caravan, protect the city, etc.
The higher the circle, the more expensive it gets, but the skills are also better. I usually call out game that a circle "x" will succeed automatically every roll for that type of mission to help out. But that's just me trying to avoid micro-management of a larger crew.
