My players are coming across the remains of a merchant caravan soon. What sorts of things do you like to put in your shipping manifests to make them seem real?
Kratas to Travar, if that helps you come up with ideas in this case.
Shipping Manifest
Re: Shipping Manifest
What kinds of stolen goods does Travar need?
Earthdawn Developer and I have a gaming , though, let's face it, it is really an Earthdawn blog which also happens to have some reviews.

Re: Shipping Manifest
Travar imports rare coloured timbers from the Servos Jungle for the airship industry, and living flowers and garlands for the Founding Tournamemt from the K’tenshin niall Ippikos, it also imports charcoal for the foundries and raw materials from the surrounding mines.
So any of that on a caravan would make it look legit, though it is doubtful such things would come direct all the way from Kratas, unless previously stolen, but it is likely such cargos are picked up on route as a caravan trades from settlement to settlement. Not sure what actual stolen goods Travar needs, though it is worth remembering that in Travar theft is punishable by slavery! Travar and Kratas also don't have very good relations, and anything knowingly coming from Kratas is likely to be give a bit more than the usual scrutiny unless its from a respectable trading house.
Still, hope that helps.

Re: Shipping Manifest
I don't subscribe to the theory that only illicit things come from (or through) Kratas. Even then, there could be a shipment of black market beagles, or an airship load of exotic Creanan carpets that the Crystal Raiders looted from a Theran ttading vessel.

A google+ community that is a list of trade items and their worth in D&D GP (just convert D&D GP straight to ED SP):
https://plus.google.com/communities/111 ... 21feba5605
Set the creature type to Humanoid, put in a mid to high "level", and set the first number to the # of hoards to generate. Then take your pick.
http://donjon.bin.sh/pathfinder/treasure/
In fact, the root level site has GOLD for random generators: http://donjon.bin.sh/
And finally, Kellri's Classic Dungeon Designer's Notebook#4 - Old School Encounters Reference:
Description (DL link broken): http://kellri.blogspot.com/2008/07/cdd4 ... ion-3.html
Actual File: https://web.archive.org/web/20110819090 ... erence.pdf
Refer to page 131 for the Cargo Commodities (common trade good and luxury trade goods).

Re: Shipping Manifest
True etherial, but that does not necessarily mean Kratas isn't trying to accomplish that, right?
