Character Creation Cheat Sheet

Last night I had a bunch of players over for a character creation session for an ED4 one-shot. Wow have I forgotten how long it takes new players to create characters in Earthdawn. Has anyone woven together a good cheat sheet, either for ED4 or one I can modify for ED4?
