Heya,
We had a question. Would a Windling be unable to fly while using an Espagra scale cloak?
Windlings and cloaks
Re: Windlings and cloaks
I think it would be more expensive for him, but I don't see any other disadvantage

Hmm, interesting thought. The cloak itself would have to be scaled down (no pun intended) to windling size, but the scales themselves don't change. However, Espagra would have to have some smaller scales on their bodies at least around the joints to accommodate the flexing, so I imagine a windling sized cloak would be made of those.

Depending on how realistic your game physics are however, it could get quite cumbersome in some aspects.
To throw some context on the table, there is a reason why motorcyclists find it unsafe to wear long flowing clothing while operating their bikes.

Re: Windlings and cloaks
I always assumed that Windling flight was mostly fueled by magic, not physics. Shiny gossamer wings probably shouldn't be lifting anything. I'm pretty sure the developers assumed that all player characters could wear cloaks just fine when they were balancing things.
In my game I would probably say a Windling cloak is no different from any other Windling armors. I'd just be happy my Windling was finally keeping his clothes on.
