how does a bone ghost look? can it be seen (non-astrally) before disturbed?

I usually have a bone ghost take on the appearance of the creature whose bones are used to create the bone circle. So a bone spirit living in a bone circle made with moose bones would take on the physical appearance of a moose. Yes, the spirit can be seen, since it is physically manifested and living within the circle of bones.
