No, the rule about an Excellent success against initiative to get another attack: Air Dance.

I didn't have a set number. It was just for "really high" rolls, probably closer to an Extraordinary Success. It differs from Air Dance in that the Talent actually increases your initiative Step which increases your chance of getting that Excellent Success.

An additional Thread at an Excellent Test Result? As far as I know, that's in the standard rules...

I thought the official rule was that you had to roll a multiple of the thread weaving DN - if you wanted to weave 2 threads a DN of 5, you rolled against a 10. Fail, and you get nothing. maybe a multiple edition confusion thing though.

With regard to thread weaving, both rules applied. If you rolled an Excellent Success on the Thread Weaving test, you automatically weave an extra thread (if applicable). If you wanted to deliberately go for multiple threads, then the DN was a multiple of the weaving difficulty.
