Missing Info on a Few Items

I've been shopping through the various equipment lists in the books, looking for things to give players or buy for characters, and I cam across a couple of things I'd love to get a price check on:

1) The Warrior's Scarves mentioned (and shown) on pg.236 of the Namegiver's book don't seem to have their stats or prices listed on any of the nearby charts, and I'd love to get them, as I know a few boxing trolls who'd die to get their hands on a set.

2) Spell Matrix Objects on pg. 280 of the Player's guide doesn't seem to have any price listing, or template listing to cross-reference. I'm not sure what to charge my casters in material cost for the items they want to make.

These might just be errata for the .pdf versions I have (like the missing Gadfly spell from the Nethermancer's Spell List), but that's what I have to reference at the moment, and would love to hear what the actual costs are (also any other item related errata won't hurt).

These were on the old errata system, but not yet in the errata PDFs or the official PDFs.

The Scarves are DMG 1, Size 1, STR.Min 3, Cost 25, Weight 1, Availability Rare
(Being Size 1, you'd have to apply the Troll Crafting Style for trolls to use them, which would make them Size 2, DMG 2, etc..)

I actually didn't save the errata for the matrices, maybe someone else did. I just googled what I had posted elsewhere (and this may not have been final):

Type: Price, LP
Spell: 2,000, Novice
Enhanced: 4,000, Journeyman
Armored: 8,000, Warden
Shared: 14,000, Master

One last question. Blood Matrices are listed as 1500s for a starting price. I was thinking of drastically altering this, making them priced based on the circle of the spell it is created for (making them more readily available for low level casters, and making them more expensive for the high end spells, maybe even putting a cap on highest level it can be created for). Are there any blaring reasons why this could be detrimental to a game? Also, what kind of range in price would be good? I like the idea of making alternate matrix options available to casters, so they don't feel pressured to take every matrix talent option available to them.

300 per circle seems like a reasonable cost (with no change in strain or blood damage), and I'd probably put an 8th circle cap on what can be stored in a blood matrix

Instead of breaking by Circle, you could break by Initiate-Novice / Journeyman / Warden / Master to have 4 tier levels (which you could match to the top 4 Availability ranks, Average / Unusual / Rare / Very Rare).
