[EDSW] Windlings weapon damage

I am looking for where to find rules in regards to Windling Armor and Weapons in the Savage Worlds: Deluxe Version of the game.
1. How much does a Windling bow do for damage?
2. Would a Windlling with a spear still have +1 Parry against a human with a sword or a Troll with a two-handed sword? Does the reach of the weapon have any game impact or is this lost due to the small size.
3. Is armor just as effect on a Windling?
Our game is currently just using damage and armor rating as listed and letting the reduced stats of a Windling take care of the reduced size.
