Second (whatever) as a skill from circle 1

Unless I'm wrong I have noticed that all the Second (attack) can be purchased as skills although they are expensive to raise as such.
Would it be a good idea for Melee characters to get these as skills from the get go or should they simply wait?
I would Imagine that many picture a character yielding two weapon's simultaniously.

Advised or not?

Also. On page 71 in PG should be:

"General Skills
General skills represent more practical abilities than Knowledge, Language, or
Artisan skills. Many talents also have an equivalent skill in the General skills category.
Most of a character’s eight additional skill points will be spent on General skills (see
the Skills chapter, p. 182), but they may also be spent to learn additional languages,
more or improved artistic abilities, or represent more knowledge.
A starting character can only spend their free points on Novice-tier skills."

Last sentence isnt there because of a bug.

Ah missed that line. I did think it weird that journeyman skills were possible but talents weren't. Thank you again

While you can't purchase those skills with free ranks from building the character, there isn't anything that stops a character from spending time, money, and legend on picking them up during early circles. Honestly, though, it's not a very efficient use of your resources at that point in your career. If you're a Discipline that gets access to them later on, you're better off working to advance in your Discipline.

Once those early Circles are out of the way, it might make an interesting or useful addition to a character that doesn't have access to those abilities through their Discipline. (Which is kind of why they're classified as "journeyman" skills -- they become more suitable in that tier of play.)
