[ED3] Displace Image

1) What happens when target of the spell is targeted by a spell? Can you mimic effects of being hit without knowing spell?
2) Is it even possible to target with spell someone hidden with this illusion?
3) Can spells ranged Touch be used as Self? So magician can cast this spell on himself?
4) In 4th ED it is written that spellcaster has to concentrate to maintain cover. In 3rd it is "target" so mage is free to do whatever he wants after casting?

Although I would argue that Lifesight and Astral Sight would go around the illusion 
Any chance for arguments for it?
