I have been working on a character generator for the 4th Edition rules. It's getting pretty close to being done. It still has some rough edges, but it should have most of the major functionality ready. Right now it is just for windows (and has only been tested on Windows 7).
Would any one be interested in giving it a try and providing constructive comments?

I have been thinking about coding one up as well, based on what I learned with my very rough 3rd edition "Maptool Framework". Definitely want to check this out

Hi folks, you might know my ECE (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ed-char-editor/). I am currently working on enhancing it to also support ED4 in German and in English (other language are also possible, but I need someone for translation work). I am just waiting for the official ED4 release to publish a first beta.
