Re: [Ed4] Player's Guide Feedback
This isn't really feedback, as I don't have the 4th edition yet, but I though I'd ask: In 3rd edition, the fact that Ts'Krang have 'rudimentary gills' is found in the Gamemaster's Guide under Drowning rules. I was wondering about their underwater breathing ability, and just stumbled on this while ch...

Re: Campaign and adventure tiers
Give your players Legend Points for defeating or defusing obstacles without combat. Yes, good idea. I haven't run a game before that has LP (or XP) rewards listed for creatures, and this is definitely something to remember. encourage smart thinking with LP rewards I will, but I'm not sure if that w...

Re: Campaign and adventure tiers
Remember that the world of Earthdawn has a lot of really nasty places(TM). Exploring places like the Badlands, the Wastes, and Jungles definitely go in Novice/Journeyman, whereas places like Kaers and Parlainth go in Journeyman/Master. Also, political entities like Thera, Throal, and Iopos have min...

Campaign and adventure tiers
In Earthdawn characters advance in circles. As they gain in power, legend, and abilities, their challenges should be different. I am not an experienced GM, and even less so running a fantasy RPG. I used to play in a long running LotR RPG, and in that game we as players gave feedback to the GM that i...

Re: Earthdawn Podcast.
Very cool that there is an Earthdawn podcast, I was looking for one for a while! Is there a way to download the episodes other than directly from the site? I am currently using Podcast Addict on the Android. Is there another app that I should be using?

Re: ED4 support?
To me it seems that it will be a while until 4th edition is good for entry into Earthdawn. The print version of the Player's Guide is a couple of months away, and the Gamemaster's Guide will take even longer. If you call 3rd edition "dead", 4th edition is "alive", but an infant. ...
