I could leave the wound Threshold the same rating, but as it's a swarm it would required 2 additional successes to inflict a Wound (What would have been an excellent result in 3e.) I liked the ED3 rules for Forge Weapon/Forge Armor because of the limits to how much a weapon could be forged, especially with the first rank of Thread Weapons/Armor usually giving a "fully forged" damage/armor value. This ensured that the best weapons and best armor around were (almost) ...
